At Canberra Spine Centre our natural therapists believe that there are three distinct stages in helping a patient to attain a high level of wellness.

Relief Care

The goal at this stage is to assist you in eliminating or reducing the majority of your discomfort, stabilising your initial complaint and health concerns.

Visits are frequent and regular, normally two to three per week.

Corrective Care

Our object here is to correct the poor biomechanics that have resulted in your spinal problems, together we address the muscular and ligamentous imbalances, improve spinal function and promote healing of soft tissues.

Visits are less frequent, normally weekly or fortnightly.
